Full steam ahead on our new Scituate project. 🏡 This home was purchased entirely “as-is” and will need a substantial amount of work to be brought up to date. That being said, it was purchased for a reasonable price point and is surrounded by significantly higher priced homes so I see a lot of potential here.
Looking forward to transforming this into a livable modernized home for future owners!
