Their portfolio of projects ranges from Cohasset, to Scituate, to Boston, to The Hamptons and we love their timeless designs.

Buzzard’s Bay new construction townhouses, coming soon! 🌊 4 modern condos with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and high-end finishes throughout. The best part is that they’re just minutes from beaches, marinas, golf courses, and with easy highway access to the Cape, Plymouth, Providence & Boston. The wood paneling is gone and the Bourne project is slowly transforming into a modern coastal retreat. 🤍 The freshly painted white walls have brightened the space, giving the home an entirely new feel. Soon it’ll be a blank canvas for new owners to add their personal touches, make summer memories and create a home that feels like theirs.

Never leave the dogs behind! 🐾 One of the perks of being my own boss is that Honey & Millie frequently get to come along. We snuck in a walk along the Cape Cod Canal after checking in on progress at the Buzzard’s Bay townhouses.

Doesn’t a new month always feel like a fresh start? 💪 (especially when it falls on a Monday) There’s a lot of forward momentum as we head from spring into summer and we’re locked in. Happy June everyone!

Thrilled to announce a 2nd project on Martha’s Vineyard! 🙌 This is a rare Chappaquiddick legacy estate with beach access. The compound includes over 6,500 sq ft spread over a main residence, guest residence, and bunk house retreat. The property also includes a tennis court and pool. There’s so much potential for transformation here & this is going to be an exceptional project all around. More to come!

Dreaming of what future Memorial Day weekends will look like for the new owners of the Martha’s Vineyard project. This is an exceptional property that fell into disrepair but is getting new life. It’s set on 11 acres and is just minutes from the ocean. We’re thrilled to be a part of its transformation!
