TR Technician for the Cherry Point crews is in the books. Great group of guys who have a great location to work on any skills imaginable and they overcame everything that was thrown at them including the heat. Keep up the great work!

First week of TR Technician is in the books for Cherry Point MCAS Emergency Services. It’s been hot but a great few days of focusing on rappels, pickoffs, and horizontal systems. Looking forward to next week’s scenario based skills in the steam plant.

We finished up TR Operations today for Cherry Point MCAS and this group knocked this class out. The last several days we have focused on high directionals with everything they have available to them. The rain today just meant we moved inside for aerial rigging. Thank you for the opportunity to work with yall. See you for technician in August.

And you know I couldn’t visit an air station and not check out the displays

Week 1 of TR awareness and operations are complete for Cherry Point Fire and Emergency Services. A great group of students putting in work. Looking forward to finishing this series next week with skills evolutions.
