Through the Childhood Hunger Initiative Power Pack (CHIPP™), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is committed to helping address childhood hunger in our communities.

The Theta Sigma Omega Chapter recently hosted a CHIPP Bag Stuffing at the Oseola McCarty Youth Development Center, where members prepared 100 CHIPP bags for local students. This initiative helps ensure children have access to nutritious meals when school is not in session.

Serving with purpose and making a difference, one bag at a time. 💗💚

The Pearls of the Pinebelt Foundation, Inc., the philanthropic arm of Theta Sigma Omega Chapter, hosted its Inaugural Scholarship Brunch, to honor our 2026 Scholarship Recipients, while bringing together community members, supporters, and friends for an afternoon of fellowship, entertainment, and purpose! 💕💚

From an amazing brunch menu and lively music to the meaningful conversations and shared commitment to education and uplift, every moment reflected the power of investing in future generations and the well-being of the Pine Belt community. Additionally, our silent auction raised money to support our continued efforts while giving brunch attendees an opportunity to indulge themselves in varied luxury experiences! 🎉

Dressed in our favorite AKA T-shirts and Trucker hats, we conducted business, as usual, while also winding down with a little sisterly fun, a special performance by our June and July birthday sisters, and enjoying the commitment to excellence and sisterhood that make our chapter so special. 🫶🏽
