Looks like a repeat of Hurricane Harvey for Texas...Not good...

A 500 year storm....over 12" in areas...Schuylkill river to go over 20' tomorrow...Manayunk will be under water like Atlantis...This rivals Floyd(1999) and Lee(2011) as the most damm water over ever seen fall from the sky in the Del/Val....Upper Dublin H.S. lost its roof .9 possible tornados , only one confirmed so far(Mullica Hill)
