With the new school year fast approaching, I thought I’d share a little about me in case anyone is still deciding where to take piano, voice or guitar lessons.

I have a couple in person spots available and once they’re gone…well, let’s just say that people tend to stick with me, and for that, I am eternally and abundantly grateful (shoutout to my longtime clients 🤜)

With over 25 years of teaching and performing experience, I love helping my students of all ages and skill levels build confidence while learning the music that they love. I specialize in guitar lessons, piano lessons, voice lessons, songwriting, music production, recording, music theory, music industry consultation and beginner through advanced instruction.

If you’re preparing for an audition, writing original music, or simply looking to take that very first (and sometimes scary) step, first of all: be very proud of yourself. You have made it this far. Everyone is welcome here, and every lesson is customized to your goals, learning style, and pace.

As an active recording artist, songwriter and producer, one of the great joys of my life has been seeing my clients not only reach their goals, but surpass them in ways that surprise even themselves. My students have gained the skills to perform live, record original music, get in to great schools, and enjoy music as a lifelong passion.

If you’re searching for an experienced, patient, and encouraging guitar, piano or voice teacher, I’d love to help in any and every way that I know how. As a “fan” of the science of learning and all that we have come to know about impactful new skill acquisition strategies (yes I just made that up) my highest aim is that learning music is something that you look forward to each week.
