🍗 **Nutrition in the Kitchen – Monday’s Menu!** 🥗

Here’s what we have planned for Monday!

🍗 **Roasted Chicken Breasts** – I’ll be roasting the chicken ahead of time so it’s ready for us to enjoy during class.

🥗 **Caesar Salad with Homemade Caesar. Dressing**
🥖 **Fresh Homemade Croutons**
🍽 **Homemade Rice Krispy Treats**

Our kitchen crew will be making the salad, Caesar dressing, croutons, and Rice Krispy treats from scratch while we work on some new kitchen skills!

*I know this is a change of plans (no cookies this week, sorry! ) but the church is waiting on a part for the A.C. so we will take a break from the oven to keep the inside temperature down!*

Our first get-together at FireFly downtown this past week was an absolute BLAST! 🎉 And honestly, it wasn’t just the kids who had fun—the parents had a pretty great time too! 😉

And speaking of parents…our first Parent’s Night Out is coming up soon! ❤️

You’ll notice us changing our language from “Mom’s Night Out” to “Parent’s Night Out.” Why? Because we want our dads included too! 🙌

Mosaic has been so incredibly blessed by the amazing parents AND grandparents who make up our community. You pour so much into your kids, and we think you deserve some time to relax, have fun, and enjoy the company of other adults, too! 😉

While our classes may be full, basic memberships are always open! That means your family can still be part of all the fun beyond the classroom—get-togethers, field trips, Parent’s Nights Out, dances, special events, and so much more!

Mosaic isn’t just about classes. It’s about community, connection, friendships, and making memories together. ❤️

Our first three weeks have been nothing short of AMAZING. ❤️

Our classes are full (with the exception of FLEX Clubs on Wednesdays), but honestly, the best part is that our hearts are full, too.

When we started Mosaic last year, we could have never imagined that in just one short year it would grow into the beautiful community it has become. We began with a middle and high school program, quickly filled our first location, and this year took a huge leap of faith by expanding all the way down through kindergarten.

And somehow, it’s all falling into place. 🥹

Our new location has been nothing short of stellar, our students are building friendships, our days are filled with laughter, and Mosaic is becoming so much more than we ever dreamed it could be.

Thank you for believing in this little dream with us. We are so incredibly grateful for this community and so excited for everything this year has in store. 💛

Co-op days are super busy, but one class where we can all slow down and enjoy the moment is Nutrition in the Kitchen! 👩‍🍳💕

Today, our whole facility smelled AMAZING 😋 as our students learned how to prepare chicken fajitas!

One of the things we feel most blessed by at Mosaic is our community. One of our dads is professionally trained in culinary arts and offered to come alongside Mrs. Nicky to help teach our students important knife skills. How lucky are we?! 🥹❤️

This is exactly what we dreamed Mosaic would be from the very beginning — coming together, sharing our strengths, and helping one another create something special for our kids.

We may be a little biased, but we think that’s pretty awesome. 🥰

✨ Our classes are currently full, but there’s always room for Basic Memberships! Come be part of the Mosaic community and join us for field trips, dances, Mom’s Days/Nights Out, special events, and so much more!

Thank you for being a part of our community, we are blessed beyond measure!! So blessed that our classes are FULL (except FLEX Club)!

We are absolutely BLOWN away by the outpour of this community!! The love, the kindness, the support of one another…that’s something you can’t buy, it has to just come naturally…and it did today! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Most of our classes are nearly full or waitlisted…and we just sit in awe, knowing where we were just a year ago.

Thank you ALL for showing up and supporting our dream and community! 🩷 We could not have asked for anything more…it’s all for YOU 🫶
