A few shots of (and from) the roof of the historic Goodwin Hotel in downtown Hartford. Smith Edwards McCoy is currently working on an assessment of the existing building envelope and mechanical systems. All in all, not a bad day to be on a roof!

Just got back from a site visit to the new choral rehearsal room project at the Hartt School. The construction team is putting the final touches on the space, which is looking great. The resonator walls can be covered with acoustical drapes to tune the room for a variety of musical performances.

The window restoration project at the Headmaster's House at The Loomis-Chaffee School is going along very well! All the windows should be installed over the next two weeks. We are proud to be working with a client who are such great stewards of their historic buildings.
