One of my favorite thing about crafting was the connections. Let me tell you, I really miss those late nights crafting together. The laughter and the tears.

Over the past few years, my craft room has transitioned into my office. I spend many hours each week teaching and mentoring teens and young adults.

Journey Outpost, the learning center that I run with my daughter is celebrating our tenth year and we are EXCITED about everything God is doing here.

The time has come to clean my craft room and make space for the future. I’m starting with some stamps and thin cuts, but more will be added soon.

Thirteen years ago this month, I was a mother of three little girls whose husband was serving in Iraq while I prepared to move our family to a new home almost 1500 miles away. We were leaving everything we knew and loved in exchange for something God put on our hearts. We didn't know exactly what that was, except that it was in Missouri.

During those months of preparation, I came to value craft nights with my friends and realized that this was something I would continue in our new community.

Soon after arriving, I jumped in with both feet. Since I couldn't host events in our home, I hosted events throughout the community - restaurants, the library, friends' homes and churches.

No words could adequately express my gratitude for the blessings I have collected over these years - friendships, adoptions, graduations, anniversaries, and so much more! Thank you for being a part of this journey!

With that said, it is time to change things up. Honestly, I don't exactly know what that looks like right now. I know that my craft room is being repurposed to serve other needs. We are streamlining our offerings and moving some of the craftiness to Azure Hollow on the Harrisonville Square. This also means that we are having a HUGE clearance sale in the near future.

I am still looking forward to crafting together so watch for events! If you'd like to get together and don't see something planned, please reach out! I'm often up for an impromptu creative session!

Again, thank you for supporting me for the last thirteen years! Here's to many more years of creativity!
