No previous experience or dance skills needed! Our goal is to help women embrace their own unique personalities, celebrate their victories, and know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made! We want to build up the women who walk into our lives and help them shine bright. Our classes are designed for ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels, and abilities. Modifications can be made for beginners or those with health concerns.

Want to know who/what/where is TriFit???
Trifit was created with a heart for women to know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made! We want to build you up, cheer you on, celebrate victories with you, laugh with you, pray for you, and love on you. We have some of the most incredible ladies in our class who want to come alongside you and not only make you feel welcome here, but also do life with you. We are not just a fitness class, we are a family. You will be accepted, loved, and celebrated here. ❤️
Our classes are designed for ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels, and abilities. You don’t need any experience at all. We are certified by Refit®️ and create class playlists with a mix of their choreo and our own.
Classes are Monday and Thursday from 6-7 at Bayside Baptist Church on Hwy 58. We always end class with a time of prayer and praise.

Trifit is for you, no matter where you are in your health journey. Class starts at 6pm this evening! First class is absolutely free! Remember to invite a friend, bring your daughter/granddaughter/neice/lil sis! Under 16 is free!!
