SISUzy Coaching Hi! I am Susie Amato-Henderson, founder of SISUzy Coaching. So, I am SISU and I am Susie! WELCOME to SISUzy Coaching! I have a Ph.D. Such power I had!!

SISU is a Finnish word that is untranslatable in English, but the words determination, guts, hardiness, courage, resiliance and willpower are often used. in psychology...yet I lived the first 50 years of my life with low self-worth. I was the fixer, the care-taker. With enough planning and control, I could prevent bad things from happening. I thought it was normal and "expected" to be this way!! O

h, how wrong I was...

When bad went to worse, I took a leap of faith. I overcame my need to control my surroundings, take care of everything (i.e., another way to control), and low sense of self-worth. I learned to build my resilience. I have achieved a level of joy and gratitude that I could not even envision was possible! On this page you will find my tips for building emotional health and wellness, challenging what you have always "known". I will offer insights into self-relection and growth, and other fun self-care oriented topics. This will also be the place where I announce free "events"
(discussions, learning, etc.). Finally, the services offered through SISUzy Coaching are always available by messaging me here, by email ([email protected]) or text (906)281-0231. Whether group coaching, 1:1 coaching, or digital lessons, SISUzy Coaching will provide an easy to understand, authentic, and targeted path to achieving your goals.
