One of our own had the opportunity to present his class, Calculated Aggression: Reading Conditions and Making the Push, at the Small Town, Job Town Fire Conference hosted by Small town FOOLS
This was his first time presenting this class, and while you could tell he had some nerves at the beginning, he settled in, found his flow, and delivered a great presentation. Watching him step outside his comfort zone and share his knowledge and passion for the job was something to be proud of.
At First Push Brotherhood, we believe in more than just developing better firefighters. We believe in building each other up, pushing one another to grow, and creating opportunities for our members to share what they know with the fire service.
We’re proud of him for taking that first step, and we’re excited to see what comes next. Every journey starts somewhere, and this is only the beginning for First Push Brotherhood.
Keep learning. Keep pushing. Keep raising the standard.
