Great Advanced Group tonight! 💪🤼‍♂️

The new schedule with three separate groups is working out great. We’re seeing wrestlers in every group pushing themselves and working hard to earn their way into the next level.

With so many coaches on the mat, we’re also able to give each wrestler more individual attention, helping us focus on their specific needs and continue developing them as athletes and wrestlers.

More competition. More coaching. More individual attention. More growth.

Practice shirts are coming this week!

What does a wrestler believe in?
BELIEVE IN THE WORK.
You don't get better by wishing for it.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Confidence comes from knowing you've put in the work.
BELIEVE IN YOUR TEAM.
Your teammates make you better, and you make them better.
BELIEVE IN YOUR COACHES.
Trust the process. Trust the people pushing you.
BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS.
You don't have to be great today. You will continue getting better.
BELIEVE IN DISCIPLINE.
Do what needs to be done, especially when you don't feel like doing it.

I could post how great the work all the wrestlers put in during the three practices tonight. But this Pic sums it all up. She worked so hard during the first practice that she had nothing left.

To say I love working with these kids is a huge understatement.
