All are important and part of our classes, but we focus on recognizing hazards, preventing falls, and what to do after there is a fall. This includes rescue plans, suspension trauma, and self rescue.

Time is critical. The sooner we remove chemical contaminants from the skin, the less damage occurs. Keep a box of responder wipes in all of your response vehicles to ensure rapid post fire decon.
