SELU Anime Club

Last night's final maid cafe of the semester was a hit! They had so much fun and food! We were surprised to see the press show up, and hopefully, you can read all about the experience in an upcoming The Lion's Roar soon. The Hoshi Raion maids are looking forward to performing in the opening and closing ceremonies for Anime Conclave on June 7 and 8, and they have a lot planned for the Fall Semester.

We will be at Strawberry Jubilee this Wednesday! Come out to play some games, win some prizes, and get free stickers.

We have bakes sales this week and after the Spring break! We cannot wait to see everyone.

Tomorrow is our last Maid Cafe for the semester. Come out and support our maids and butlers.

We had a blast CyPhaCon this weekend. We loved meeting everyone, and we really enjoyed hosting the Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss Group Sing along/Karaoke 18+ event. We are here today, and we are looking forward to the day being a blast!

This week, Anime Club is adopting the SELU food pantry! Please drop donations off to 355B Fayard or to one of the officers, so all donations can be brought to the pantry on Friday, Oct. 18.

We have an important UPDATE regarding LOUISIANA RETRO CON FALL 2024:

We're working very hard to make rearrangements and adjustments to still make the show happen this month. As of right now, we have successfully acquired a tentative set of dates, that being Saturday, September 28th and Sunday, September 29th. We will have a full announcement TOMORROW, September 17th detailing the changes, as our previous venue is unavailable to provide us the dates to accommodate the delay. We think you will all be very excited with this change. Please stay tuned on our social media pages as we provide a full information release tomorrow!

Most importantly of all, thank you to the multitudes of fans that have called our phone lines over the past several days, along with the kind words and community outreach across social media due to the postponement; we're ready to come back stronger than ever for all of you for the largest Louisiana Retro Con event yet.
