We provide Academic and Career Exploration (ACE) at Southeastern Louisiana University.

The Center for Student Excellence has new resources this fall, including Academic and Career Exploration coaches (ACE) and a Transfer Student Coordinator. Coaches help students who no longer have a freshmen advisor and who want help reaching their academic goals or exploring careers and majors that best fit their strengths.

During her time at Southeastern, Morgan worked as a graduate assistant in the ACE Den, where she collaborated closely with ACE coaches and observed how counseling skills are intentionally integrated into student support and advising. As she prepares to graduate this semester, Morgan reflects on her time with ACE as a meaningful and formative experience.
