Last week our first class of seniors walked through the doors of APA for their LAST first day of school. Three young women, small in number but a remarkable presence in our school community.

Over the years, they have been formed by intentional discipleship and a classical Christian education that calls them to walk with their Creator, pursue wisdom, and love what is good, true, and beautiful.

These young women already exemplify so much of our Portrait of a Graduate, being faithful, exceptional, resilient, articulate, influential, and discerning.

We are grateful for the years we’ve had with them and for being entrusted to guide them alongside their parents who have raised mature, intelligent, and lovely ladies. As they embark on their final year at APA, we pray they will finish well, follow Jesus faithfully, and step confidently into the future, guided by the One who wrote their story.

It was all smiles today as a new year has begun! We are so grateful to welcome our students back to campus as we begin year seven of Christ-centered learning. As a NAUMS, Inc. University-Model Schools, it is an honor to partner with families to raise disciples and help students grow in wisdom, truth, and excellence! “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly” this year. Friday was a wonderful afternoon welcoming our APA families for Meet the Teacher! From eager students finding their classrooms and cubbies to parents connecting with teachers and each other, the joy of a new school year was evident!

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with families as we cultivate wisdom, truth, and excellence in every student.

We can’t wait to welcome our students back tomorrow for another year pursuing what is good, true, and beautiful!

We had so much fun sharing our Upper School instructors with you last week; now it’s time for Lower!

Every great pursuit of wisdom begins with a strong foundation. We are thankful for the vessels God has called to shepherd young hearts, awaken a love of learning, and faithfully guide students through the formative years of a classical Christian education.
