We're Growing & Hiring at KCA!
Our amazing school is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a caring, dependable Teacher Aide / Floater to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children and enjoys being part of a supportive, faith-filled environment while helping in multiple classrooms throughout the day.
We're looking for someone who:
-Has a genuine passion for working with children
-Is flexible, positive, and a team player
-Brings energy, patience, and a nurturing spirit to every day
As a state-licensed childcare center, the minimum requirements include:
-Must be at least 18 years old
-High school diploma or GED
-Ability to pass a background check
-Willingness to complete required state training (the best part? We will cover the cost of all the required training!)
