Can anyone tell me whats the difference between using Hip Hop rap and rhyme as an educational tool and Dr. Seuss reading material? There is a difference, One comes from a Black creative learning perspective and has a culture behind it and Dr. Seuss doesn't.

If Black slaves were not aloud to read for 300+ years hear in America, who were the ones who came up with educational system? So, that means Black people never had the opportunity to create their own educational system. Could this be part of the problem with Black kids in the educational system their under at this time? Repost if you like.
