Last Saturday, we had the opportunity to be a vender at a CrossFit competition for our first merchandise drop! It was an amazing experience. Thank you and to all of those who have supported us.

Push up challenge!
took on the challenge: 150 push-ups for time (Do 150 push-ups as fast as you can, record the time it takes you to do all 150 GOOD* reps!
*good = elbows at least 90 degrees at the bottom and fully lockout at the top before next descent
How would you break up the reps? Big sets with long breaks or small sets with short breaks?
