✨ Meet the New Faces of St. Mark’s! ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Ms. Terri, our new Preschool teacher!

Ms. Terri brings 19 years of experience in education and is excited to join the St. Mark’s family this year. She loves spending time at Disneyland, attending concerts, enjoying a good charcuterie board with an iced coffee, and sharing the classic Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? with young learners.

One fun fact about Ms. Terri is that this school year is extra special because her son will also be starting preschool at St. Mark’s! She is looking forward to meeting her students, building relationships with families, and working alongside her fellow teachers.

Take a look at what our Summer Daycare has been up to this week! From making their own pizzas at Hacienda Pizza Co. to painting colorful rocks and sharing their talents during our daycare talent show, our students have been busy creating, exploring, and having an absolute blast all week long! 🍕☀️

✨ Meet the New Faces of St. Mark’s! ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Mrs. McAdam, our new 4th grade teacher!

Mrs. McAdam is entering her fourth year of teaching and brings seven years of experience in education. She previously taught in Oregon while earning her master’s degree and is excited to begin this new chapter at St. Mark’s. She enjoys baking, visiting Disneyland, and relaxing with an iced sugar free Golden Eagle from Dutch Bros while reading Wonder, one of her favorite children’s books.

Mrs. McAdam is looking forward to getting to know her students, making lasting memories together, and watching them grow throughout the school year. We are so excited to have her join our school community.

✨ Meet the New Faces of St. Mark’s! ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Ms. Ibarra, our new Kindergarten teacher!

Beginning her first year in education, Ms. Ibarra is excited to start this new adventure and create a classroom where every child feels welcomed and encouraged. She loves reading, enjoys visiting Cabo San Lucas, and is a big animal lover, especially cats. One of her favorite children’s books is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, and you’ll often find her enjoying an acai bowl or a strawberry smoothie boba.

Ms. Ibarra is looking forward to meeting each of her kindergarten students and getting to know every one of them. We are excited to have her join the St. Mark’s family.

Our summer daycare students had a great time at the Discovery Cube yesterday! Lots of hands-on fun, exploring, and learning made for a wonderful day!
