🍕🍔National School Lunch Week is this week! 🌮🌭

The theme is Cafeteria Circus: Where Healthy Choices Take Center Stage.

The elementary students participated in a coloring contest to celebrate. Pictured are the winners from each grade level, who got to pick a lunch menu for a day in November as their prize!

We filled our Star Card Window! To celebrate our students’ 🌟STAR🌟 worthy behavior, they did an activity with a partner class!

Over the past couple of weeks, classes have joined up to work on some Charger coloring pages to decorate our entryway!

Along with Homecoming, it is also Fire Prevention Week. 🚒🔥🧑‍🚒

The firefighters visited and lots of exciting things happened!

🧑‍🚒Students attended an assembly to learn about what to do in case of a fire. We were able to see what firefighters look like in all of their gear as well as see the trucks and gear on the trucks up close!

🧑‍🚒Firefighters visited the preschool classrooms for a more up close look.

🧑‍🚒The 2nd grade classes visited the Fire Hall!

The firefighters also gave students some “homework” for tonight:
🚒 Practice a fire drill at home and discuss a family meeting spot.
🚒 Sleep with your bedroom door shut!
