Now that the dust has settled and the chaos has calmed, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our incredible students, coaches, teachers, parents, and family members who stepped up when our community needed you most.
From the first volunteer to the last, you showed what it means to be part of something bigger than yourselves. It truly takes a village, and we are blessed to have the very best one.
RAGBRAI brought a whirlwind of activity, with countless tired, overheated riders finding relief in our school. Thanks to the dedication, teamwork, and servant hearts of our volunteers, they were welcomed with cool air, friendly faces, delicious food, clean showers, and genuine Iowa hospitality.
Because of each of you, what could have been a hectic day became a smooth, successful event that showcased the very best of ACGC and our community. Your willingness to give your time, work hard, and serve others made all the difference.
Thank you for proving, once again, that when our community comes together, there's nothing we can't accomplish. We are incredibly proud to call this village home. ❤️🖤💛

After reaching out to all clubs, sports and classes we are still in need of many volunteers to help make the RAGBRAI visitors experience a smooth one. When you sign up you can put what group you prefer your time donation to go towards, i.e. freshman class, or golf, or FCCLA, or Booster Club. All funds go back directly to the groups working, per hour worked. There is a walk-through night scheduled for 5pm Tuesday the 14th if you want to come see first hand before signing up.

🏆⚡ What a Year for ACGC Booster Club! ⚡🏆
Because of the incredible support of our families, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and community members, the ACGC Booster Club raised $126,900 during the 2025-2026 school year!
Your support helped us provide:
📚 Student scholarships and educational opportunities
🎓 Senior class trip and graduation support
🏈 Athletic equipment, uniforms, and HUDL streaming services
🍿 Concession stand improvements and operations
🎉 Community and family engagement events
💛 So much more for our students, athletes, and school community
Every concession shift worked, sponsorship secured, golf tournament entry purchased, and donation made has a direct impact on ACGC students.
This year alone, we invested over $159,000 back into our schools, students, athletic programs, and community initiatives.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for believing in our students and helping make ACGC a place where kids can thrive.

Students and Parents/Guardians,

Please use the link below to review the letter containing important information regarding all things RAGBRAI. If you have questions about a specific activity, please contact the coach or sponsor listed for that event.

As a reminder, all funds raised during RAGBRAI will go directly back to the student groups that participate. The amount each group earns will be based on the number of volunteer shifts completed by its members.

Groups have until June 14 to claim volunteer opportunities. After that date, any unclaimed shifts will be available for other groups to fill, allowing those groups to increase their fundraising potential.

The Booster Club's goal is for each group to take advantage of this unique opportunity. By volunteering for just one day, groups have the potential to raise significant funds for their programs, helping reduce the need for additional fundraising requests throughout the school year.

Baseball and softball games start this week! Please sign up to help in the concession stand. Seniors can work for scholarship hours and the other students earn money for their class.
