🍞 August 3 — Mind of a Baker

Kids learn why baking works—not just how to follow recipes. Fresh breads, pastries, desserts, and bakery favorites while building confidence with doughs, batters, fillings, and techniques.

🔥 August 10 — Hibachi & Beyond

Sushi rolling.

Restaurant-style hibachi.

Stir fry.

Dumplings.

Sauce making.

Fried rice.

Kids finish the week running their own hibachi restaurant showcase.

🌎 August 17 — Baking Around the World

Travel the globe through baking with recipes inspired by different countries while learning the stories and traditions behind them.

Our Groton program is a half-day camp, making it perfect for families looking for a summer activity that still leaves plenty of afternoon free.

We're ending the summer with one of our most exciting specialty camps.

Our 3-Day French Patisserie Baking Program is designed for kids who love to bake.

Students spend three days learning the techniques behind beautiful French pastries while working with real pastry doughs, fillings, decorating techniques, and bakery-style desserts.

It's slower paced than a typical camp because great pastry can't be rushed.

If your child has been asking to do "more baking," this is the week.

🌴 Your child isn't just making lunch next week...They're traveling through the Caribbean and South America—one recipe at a time.

Next week we turn the kitchen into a tropical café and kids will:
🥭 Grill tropical fruit
🍍 Build pineapple fruit boats
🥪 Press Cuban sandwich sliders
🧀 Bake Brazilian cheese bread
🌽 Make homemade arepas
🍫 Roll Brazilian brigadeiros
🍪 Sandwich alfajores with dulce de leche
🍹 Create tropical drinks from scratch

Along the way they'll learn real cooking techniques like balancing flavors, griddle cooking, shaping dough, restaurant plating, and working with ingredients they've probably never tried before.

This isn't "make one recipe and go home."
It's five full days of cooking, tasting, learning, and creating.
