NEW RECORDING from our weekly Distance Reiki Share:
TOPIC: "Understanding Spiritual Guidance & Connecting With Spirit Guides Using Reiki"

In this weekly Distance Reiki Share, Colleen Benelli explores how to receive, trust, and discern your spiritual guidance through whole-body listening and Reiki energy. Discover how to cross the Bridge of Light into the third heaven, release final blocks at the River of Peace, and connect deeply with your spirit guides in the “Hall of Spiritual Gifts and Nourishment.”

Key Insights:

* Whole-Body Listening: Decision-making and guidance include engaging with every chakra, allowing your head, heart, gut, and entire body to weigh in on your next steps.

* Everyday Guidance: Guidance isn't limited to divine or spiritual sources; it can appear through nature, animals, and unexpected synchronicities like bumper stickers.

* The Bridge of Light: Using the distance symbol, HSZSN, as a Bridge of Light helps shift your consciousness out of dualistic reality and into the higher frequencies of the third heaven.

* Collaborating with Guides: You have a direct voice in the circle with your spirit guides; they view you as a partner and want to hear your questions and needs.

FAQ: How can I tell if my spiritual guidance is real?

* Discernment practices, whole-body listening, and recognizing your body's somatic signals help you navigate the common question of whether you are “making things up.”

* What is the Bridge of Light in Reiki?
The Bridge of Light uses the Reiki distance symbol, HSZSN, as an energetic pathway to elevate your consciousness into higher, non-dual, enlightened spiritual realms.

* How do I connect with my spirit guides using Reiki?
You can use Reiki energy to clear mental blocks and travel consciously across the Bridge of Light to invite and meet your spirit guides in an enlightened realm

NEW RECORDINGS from our weekly Distance Reiki Share.

HOW TO MOVE FROM VISION TO REALITY WITH REIKI.
Sometimes receiving guidance is easier than taking the next step.

Reiki can help quiet the overwhelm, release fear, and bring clarity to what comes next. Instead of focusing on the entire journey, begin with one small, doable action.

In this episode, explore how to:

* Turn intuitive guidance into action
* Break big goals into manageable steps
* Release the fear of getting it “perfect”
* Trust your own timing and inner guidance

✨ Your next step doesn’t have to be the whole path. It just has to be the next step.

GUIDED REIKI JOURNEY/MEDITATION: How to Take Your Next Step
Join Colleen Benelli for a journey through the Bridge of Light, River of Peace, and Field of Opportunities to connect with your inner guidance and discover your next step.

You’ve been thinking about it all day. But when you finally sit down, you suddenly need to do everything except the thing you wanted to create.

You, probably... “Why am I making this so hard?”

Before you judge yourself, notice what starting brings up. Pressure to get it right? Worry about what people will think? Too many decisions at once?

Try a few moments of self-Reiki. Let yourself settle, then choose one small place to begin.
