I am proud to be stepping into the role of principal of Wheatley school after serving as the assistant principal for the past 4 years. We are looking forward to welcoming our students back to Wheatley for the 2022-2023 school year! The past few years have presented many challenges and I commend our staff, families and caregivers for the way they have handled it all. The mindfulness and effort on the part of Wheatley families and caregivers has been monumental and we are so grateful. I am proud of the work that Wheatley staff has done to make every moment our students are in the building as successful as possible.

"I got vaccinated to do my part to prevent the virus from replicating and mutating, and to protect myself and those around me. I'm looking forward to visiting my family, going to concerts, and volunteering on cruise ships helping individuals with disabilities. I cannot wait to start community-based instruction again, where we take students into the world and help them build skills they will use after leaving school."
