STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Meet Bree!

We are so excited to welcome Bree, our newest BCBA, to the Life-Long Behavior Therapy team!

Bree has been working in the field of ABA for 5 years and has been a BCBA for 2 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with kiddos ages 2–14 with a variety of support needs and brings valuable experience and a passion for helping learners grow and reach their goals.

Outside of work, Bree loves camping, hiking, reading, and paddle boarding with her dog!

Bree shared that she is incredibly excited to join the clinical team at LLBT and looks forward to supporting our learners and families as they work toward meaningful goals.

As we close out August, we want to give a special shoutout to our RBT of the Month, Sommer Vaught!

Sommer has been an RBT for almost four years and loves seeing the growth, progress, and independence of the kiddos she works with. She brings positivity, compassion, and fun to the clinic every day, and her dedication makes a difference for our learners, families, and team.

Outside of work, Sommer enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, trying new things, and exploring new places.

Each month, we'll recognize a team member who goes above and beyond for our learners and families. Please help us congratulate our July Employee of the Month, Nick!

Nick is an outstanding RBT whose dedication and compassion shine through every day. We are so grateful for the positive impact he has made at LLBT.

Rachel has been a valued member of our team for the past two years as an RBT and trainer while earning her degree in Healthcare Administration, graduating in Fall 2025.
