You glow when you flow with Lo. I am a fresh and passionate yoga instructor with my 200 hour teacher training through GoYogaUSA.

I am a fresh and passionate yoga instructor who is trained and certified with 200 hrs through GoYogaUSA. Since 2018 I have been practicing yoga and have a strong passion for all types. My mission as an instructor is to help my students of all ages and walks of life find their inner light, take care of the one body they get, and help her students live with more self awareness. In my class you’ll find all the components of deep relaxation, a great work out, and you’ll leave feeling so much better than you did when you came in.
