Culinary Instructor Jay Hancock

Chef Hancock has been the instructor at RTC since 2017 coming from catering and higher education foodservice. He is passionate about education and influencing the next generation of foodservice professionals and has been honored as both the RTC Teacher of the Year and SCRLA Educator of Excellence. He has been married for 17 years to Joyanna and they have 3 daughters. He holds an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts, a B.S. in Business, and an M.B.A.
