General information
Each month a small group of senior pastors meet for one full day led by a trained full-time facilitator. Location is at the Greenville Thornblade Club. A structured agenda is utilized with the following model segments:
-Ministerial Leadership: topics on people, leadership, & communication
-Simplify Church: operations & processes to promote healthy organizations
-Spotlight Presentation: member pastor presents his church for in-depth analysis
-Open Table: On-the-spot counsel to/from all
-Accountability: Your next steps for commitment
While the council is not a Bible study, biblical truths and prayer are a fundamental part of every meeting.
