The LBGT+ Alliance Join The Alliance! LGBT students and Allies Welcome. Meetings are every Sunday at 4pm in the Weyer's Lounge in the HMSC. Did you know?

The Alliance is a student organization that grew from the Safe Zone Program. It may consist of, but is not limited to, le***an, gay, bis*xual and transgender students, as well as supporters of these students and the issues they face. The Alliance welcomes all individuals regardless of s*x, gender, race, religion, s*xual orientation, and gender identity. The Alliance is recognized through our Stude

nt Government Association and provides many programs on campus to provide awareness and education for the Thiel Community about LGBT issues. The Alliance also provides support for fellow group members and other Thiel students in need, and provides celebratory events on campus, including Pride Week held every March. The Alliance holds meetings on a semi-weekly basis. Contact a moderator for the current meeting time and place. Traditionally we have held meetings on Sundays in the Weyers Lounge. The Alliance was formerly known as The Rainbow Alliance. Before that, it was known as the Gay Straight Alliance.
