In 2010, Grace stepped away from college to figure out her next move. She felt lost, unsure of her path and watched people around her move forward with confidence she didn't have.

She worked retail, waitressing and eventually landed at a local credit union. She worked her way into management, and that's when she knew she needed to go back and finish.

Adriel Solis Pineda is an associate pastor in Marinette, Wisconsin, overseeing a Hispanic ministry, leading youth groups, and teaching at a Christian school. He and his wife are pouring their lives into their community.

Jana Elisio stopped going to school in her 20s. When she came back, she became the first person in her immediate family to graduate from college.

Before her master's degree, Jill described herself as a “natural athlete” in the classroom. Talented, but untrained.
