Thank you for joining us and supporting the BJU Culinary Arts Bistro this year!
Your enthusiasm, encouragement, and appetite have given us the invaluable opportunity to learn, grow, and practice our craft in a real-world setting. Every dish we prepared, every service we ran, and every moment we spent refining our skills was made meaningful because you were part of it.
We are grateful for the chance to share our creativity, hospitality, and love for excellent food with you. Your support is instrumental in equipping us for our future careers and calling to lead and serve—and we value it more than you know.
We look forward to welcoming you back next fall for Bistro 2026, where we can continue creating memorable dining experiences together.

We want to thank everyone who came and supported us through our first-ever sourdough fundraiser. We were able to raise more than we expected to help support Jonathan‘s House. Your excitement in supporting us made this fundraiser a success, from packing out Chef Miller’s master class to selling us out of sourdough every day. We also want to thank those who filmed videos for us to encourage people to support us. We want to give a huge shout-out to the man behind the scenes who made the sourdough Chef Miller. Without his skill and expertise, we would not have been able to pull this fundraiser off without him. Lastly, we want to thank the Culinary Arts Students for their excitement in marketing, selling, and baking for this fundraiser. We hope to do this again next year and hope to see you at Bistro in the fall.
