Tried something new in the crockpot today — this Smithfield Sweet & Smoky BBQ pork shoulder roast.
Literally just opened the package and dropped it in. Slow-cooked until it fell apart and had great flavor for sandwiches or straight up by itself.
Sometimes the kitchen fights back 😂
