Bluford STEM Academy We wrapped up SEL Week with a focus on Decision-Making! 🎓✨

Our scholars came dressed as their future careers and proudly represented the colleges they hope to attend one day. Through the support of our counselor implementing the Guilford Guarantee, our students are given meaningful opportunities to explore their talents, interests, and future pathways in real time.

This year’s theme, “Skills for Community, Skills for Career,” reminds us that the choices our scholars make today help shape the leaders they will become tomorrow. 💙

Our Family SEL Projects were truly show-stopping! The career-focused Squishmallows turned out amazing, and it was wonderful to see the creativity and thought our scholars put into them.
We hope this project sparked meaningful conversations between parents and scholars about their interests and future career goals. 💙

It provided a calming space for our staff to reset, recharge, and refocus; reminding us all of the importance of caring for our minds and well-being.
