Behind every school visit, meeting, and initiative is intentional work to capture progress, celebrate growth, identify opportunities, and plan forward with purpose. Grateful for the opportunity to support schools in creating meaningful impact for students, staff, and families.

We modeled it in PLCs and today I saw it in action—students up, engaged, and reviewing ratios with a full-on snowball fight! ❄️
