We are incredibly proud to announce that our very own Iesha Scholer has successfully defended her dissertation and officially earned the title of Dr. Iesha Scholer, Ph.D. 🥂

Dr. Scholer’s journey is a masterclass in the very values we teach our students: discipline, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She isn’t just leading our staff; she’s building a legacy and showing every student in our halls that there are no limits to what they can achieve.

We are beyond excited to introduce Mr. Paul Scott Jr. to the Amandla Academy community! 🎉

He’s joining us as our Dean of School Culture & Leadership — and he stepped into our building and immediately got to work. We kicked off the day with a whole-school morning circle and he’s already been meeting with our Innovators personally. The energy in that building today was something special.

Due to hazardous winter weather conditions, tomorrow, Monday, January 26 will be a virtual learning day for all our Innovators. Our students and educators are prepared to continue learning from home while keeping everyone safe and warm.
Your Innovators already have what they need:
✓ Inclement weather packets to support their learning
✓ Study materials from our educators to help prepare for exams

Many of our educators will be working remotely tomorrow, so if your Innovator needs support, we are here for them.
We will keep you posted with future updates. Your Innovator’s momentum doesn’t stop—learning continues, and we’re committed to their success.
