Today, our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders celebrated learning with a sweet visit from Nita Cool Treats!

As we prepare for our upcoming EOGs, students were reminded that every lesson learned, every challenge faced, and every bit of growth along the way is worth celebrating. The laughter, bright smiles, and icy treats made for a beautiful afternoon filled with joy and encouragement.

Thank you so much to our incredible Community Connectors for your generosity and support. Your kindness adds a little extra sweetness to our school community and reminds our students that they are surrounded by people cheering them on every step of the way.

These projects were inspired by still life artists and focused on shape, outline, overlapping forms, composition, and bold color choices. The bright backgrounds and patterned details gave each piece its own personality, and I love how joyful and expressive they turned out. 🎨

There’s something fitting about ending the year with overflowing bowls of fruit… full of color, growth, creativity, and the sweet results of a year spent learning together. ❤️

Our K–5 students explored, created, problem-solved, and experienced so much success this week! From hands-on challenges to innovative thinking, students showed curiosity, collaboration, and creativity every step of the way. We are so proud of their hard work and growth! 💡🔬🎨💻

Today, we welcomed more former Jaguars back for their Graduation Walk. Students cheered as the graduates walked the familiar halls while “Pomp and Circumstance” played through the speakers and proud parents followed behind with tears in their eyes. Graduates stopped along the way to hug their former teachers. This was definitely a full-circle moment.

| This is a reminder that all GCS schools and offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. Have a safe long weekend and we will see you back in school on Tuesday.
