If you are attending tonight's football game at Cloverdale, please see the map below- Cloverdale has construction going on and some of the parking/routes near the school are closed. You can use either Brown St. or Logan St. to park.

A great night tonight at GHS! The girls' soccer team defeated McCutcheon 2-0, and the volleyball team won a thrilling 5-set conference matchup over Crawfordsville 22-25, 28-26, 27-25, 15-25, 15-12.

In addition, the boys' tennis team has won back to back matches against South Putnam and Frankfort to open the season.

Volleyball, Boys' Soccer, Girls' Soccer, and Boys' Tennis have a combined record of 6-0 to start the fall season!

Did you know that you can watch a free livestream of any athletic contest that is held in either the McAnally Center main gym or on Fallis Field at Harbison Stadium?

Just go to https://www.ihsaatv.org/ or download the IHSAA Champions Network app on any streaming device and search for Greencastle.

Tonight at 6:00 pm will be broadcasts of both the girls' volleyball game against Cloverdale and the girls' soccer game against McCutcheon.

The Greencastle Cheerleading Team will be hosting a youth cheer clinic on Thursday, September 10 for any students ages 4-14. The clinic will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 pm in the Upstairs Fieldhouse at McAnally Center located at the high school. (Enter Door #2)

Participants will receive instruction on cheer techniques, chants, and jumps.

The clinic participants will receive perform at the Varsity Football Game against Western Boone on Friday, September 11. Please arrive at the football game by 6:30 pm and check in with the varsity cheerleaders and coaches. The clinic participants will cheer with the varsity team during the first quarter of the game and then be released.

Each participant will receive a t-shirt and a hair bow to wear to the game. Cheer clinic participants will receive free admission to the game by wearing their t-shirt. Snacks will be provided.

The camp cost is $50 per participant. Registration is final- no refunds.

Registration must be completed by August 28 in order to guarantee a t-shirt and bow. Late registration through September 10 is permitted, but shirts and bows can not be guaranteed.

Both soccer teams open up the season with victories tonight! Boys win 3-2 at home vs. Danville, and the girls win 2-0 on the road at Terre Haute South.

Just want to make it clear that any media reports that the Putnam County football jamboree tonight has been canceled are inaccurate, and the event is ON AS SCHEDULED. Event time is 7:00 pm at Greencastle High School.

Q1- Greencastle vs. South Putnam
Q2- Cloverdale vs. South Putnam
Q3- Cloverdale vs. North Putnam
Q4- Greencastle vs. North Putnam

Admission to tonight's game is $5. This is a Putnam County athletic event, so Greencastle High School athletic passes are not valid tonight.

Both cash and credit card are accepted at the gate. You will be able to tap or swipe a credit/debit card at the gate and go. You do not have to scan a QR code and enter information to pay by credit card.

The concession stand is cash only.
