Wow… what an incredible day of training! ✈️💙
Today our teachers took flight to new destinations as we learned practical tools, strategies, and fresh ideas to bring back and implement in our classrooms. We spent the day growing together, collaborating, and preparing for all of the amazing places we’re headed this school year.
One of our favorite parts of the day was our “The Places We’re Going” Vision Board Workshop, where each teacher created a vision board focused on both personal growth and the goals they have for their classrooms this year. It was such a meaningful reminder that the best classrooms begin with teachers who are committed to continually learning and growing.
We were also thankful to have our licensing specialist join us to answer questions and connect everything we learned back to Arkansas licensing requirements, helping ensure that our practices are not only effective but aligned with state standards.
We are so proud of our team for investing in themselves today. The children and families of Giggles & Grins are gaining teachers who are inspired, equipped, and ready to make this our best year yet. Here’s to a year of growth, connection, and helping every child soar! 🛫✨
