Virginia Youth Conference

This past weekend we had our conference at Twin Lakes State Park. Michael Mattson spoke in Colossians, and the Bible Quiz was on Romans 10. It’s always a great time as we study in God’s Word, fellowship with friends, and make some new friends too! Next conference is February 2nd at Carlisle and we will have the quiz on Romans 11. Hope to see you there. 😊

Thankful for the music shared by Prince Sebastian and the Word Jeff Buckles shared on our chapter of focus for this conference; Romans 8.

After the quiz we enjoy a time of praise and worship including some new and some classic hymns. Soon we will be hearing a couple of messages from the word to help encourage the youth and adults alike.

After four correct answers, a quizzer will “quiz out”. And up to two alternates per local church group represented can come up. These are the alternates. Great job everyone!

We are excited to announce that the Virginia youth conference has booked the conference center and lodges for Friday, November 16th and Saturday, November 17th. Lord willing, This will be our greatly anticipated fall retreat. Looking forward to that time of fellowship already.

As a reminder, the next VA youth conference will be on Saturday, April 14th at 10am at Bethany Gospel Chapel in Newport News, VA.
