Here’s a family heirloom for sure. This counted cross stitch measured 32” inches across, imagine stitching a piece that large! She chose a custom made round frame with conservation acrylic to help keep the weight manageable while also protecting against fading. Stretching a piece this size, especially a round one, was a challenge but we were both very happy with the results.

I thought I would share this again in celebration of our 250th birthday! This was cross stitched several years ago by one of my talented customers. It’s quite large so we decided a stacked frame would be the best way to really show it off. Wonderful patriotic piece!

Usually I order new corner samples in sets, same profile but in different finishes or colors. But this time I went through all the options and hand picked the ones I thought you’d be looking for, styles that I felt I needed to add some more options to. These are a few of the ones I picked, hope you like them!

Love doing these special moment memories. She stood up for this wedding when she was a little girl, and kept the veil all these years. She decided to finally have it framed along with two photos from the day. She will smile every time she sees this.

More new corner samples. It’s always fun to get new samples, it feels like opening a gift when the box shows up! These are a nice medium width that will work on a variety sizes, and I can picture them on a variety of art subjects too. The subtle rubbing softens the colors and gives a relaxed feel. She designed this original stitch for her new granddaughter Wren. It’s so beautiful! She didn’t want it to be too large, so it would always have a place in her life no matter the spaces available in the future. We went with a natural wood frame with a pretty carved pattern making it gentle and feminine for a little girl. Such a personal gift from grandma.

I have framed this artist’s works before, it’s Sister Golden out of Door County. She uses all items gathered from nature to create natural images. We used a rustic weathered look frame with soft green mats to continue the feel of nature. Love her work! Visit her website here:
