No matter what you are dealing with, it always helps to talk to someone-- especially an expert.

UW-Green Bay has mental health counselors available on all of our campuses ready to help and support you. To also expand our offerings, UW-Green Bay has partnered with Mantra Health, in order to provide expanded capacity with evening and weekend hours available to our students. Mantra offers telehealth counseling services, so it is available wherever you are. Know someone who needs help, but you are unsure how to talk to them about it? Check out our new virtual training tool, Kognito where you can do a virtual role play and learn how to support and refer a friend in need.
