Mrs Rivas’ classes completed their first handprint craft for their memory books! Today’s handprint was a crayon box! Each month, students will participate in a handprint craft, directed drawing, and interview page. These will be saved to make an amazing memory book to look back on as they grow! ✏️📓

Mrs. Vaughn’s Little Panthers had a sweet day of learning as we practiced sequencing and reading a recipe, while also working on number identification and one-to-one counting. After following our recipe steps, we put our skills to work and made our very own banana splits! Learning is always a little sweeter when you can eat your work at the end! 💕🍌🍦

A handshake, a smile, and a friendly greeting can go a long way! 🤝😊 On Monday, Mrs. Little’s students practiced meeting and greeting with one another, learning names of their friends, while also learning their left from their right to shake hands. They even practiced their meetings and greetings with Mrs. Mai, Mrs. Lutt, Mrs. Paden, and Mrs. Aprille! We love watching our students build important social skills, show kindness, and grow confidence through everyday learning experiences! ❤️🖤

🧼✨ Mrs. Little’s class has been busy learning and practicing important preschool routines—including washing our hands! 👐

As we begin the school year, we are working on building independence and learning the daily routines that help keep our classroom happy, healthy, and ready for learning.

At preschool, learning is about so much more than just ABCs and 123s! ❤️🖤 We are also learning important life skills, independence, routines, and how to take care of ourselves and our classroom community! 🐾

We LOVE celebrating our Little Panthers and some ways to celebrate them is through birthdays and Proud of You Tickets!

Students will get a duck and a birthday card from Mrs. Mai when their birthday is close (and in May for summer birthdays!) 🎉🎈

Proud of You Tickets are earned when students share, use kind words, calm down appropriately, problem solve without being asked, help a friend, and work EXTRA hard on tricky tasks!

In just the first 3 days of school, we’ve already celebrated friends with birthdays and 2 friends have earned Proud of You Tickets. We love our Little Panthers! 🐾

📚🐾First Fun Day at Little Panthers!

Our Little Panthers had a GREAT first day of school! ❤ From learning and exploring in the classroom, to making new friends, indoor recess fun when the weather kept us inside, and finally getting some fresh air at outdoor recess -- we packed a lot of fun into day ONE! 🥰

We loved seeing all the smiles, giggles, playing, and learning happening throughout our building. We can already tell it's going to be a wonderful year at Little Panthers! ❤🖤
