Parenting the Love and Logic Way

I can't believe I'm already talking about the fall, but here goes: Our fall series is for parents of littles! Ages 1-5 -- that all-important time when so much is imprinted on the psyche and brain.

This spring, parenting class is going to be a little different, as we'll share the Parenting the Love and Logic Way curriculum. Parenting has many funny moments, and we end up laughing out loud as we watch the Fays talk about how to handle challenging situations. At the same time, we will turn our family life around in wonderful ways.

At our house, all devices are downstairs in a basket and the internet is off from 9:30pm-7am. It really lifts a burden for us as a family knowing this is the policy, and that is that.

Bullies get deflated when our kids show they're not (or pretend they're not) bothered by them.

We can't force them to sleep, but we can require that they stay in their room at a reasonable bed time each night.
