Happy 80th Birthday, National School Lunch Program! We are grateful for the decades-long commitment to feeding kids and celebrating the impact we and many other colleagues can make by not just feeding but nourishing students! 🌱
On June 4, 1946, the National School Lunch Program was born. 80 years later, we’ve still got work to do, but we celebrate the generations of kids this program has fed. Shoutout to our friends over at School Nutrition Association for a legacy of serving excellence!🎉

Who else enjoyed the *berry* delicious upgrade to this morning's school breakfast? 🙋This scratch-cooked blueberry compote- made with fresh, organic, CA-grown blueberries- was the perfect addition to the banana sheet pan pancake. What a tasty way to start a Wednesday! 🫐

School may be out but feeding kids continues throughout the summer! We are thrilled to be launching a new program this year that provides a weekly bag with 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches *per child* 18 and under. Check out the flyers for more info and use the QR code to pre-register. 🌱
