Not to make this yet ANOTHER "nostalgia page" or GENX nonsense, but randomly heard this on regular FM airwaves on my way home a bit ago ( hadnt heard in a long time) Was "Joshua Tree" most emblematic of the Class of '88? ( Ms. Whats-Her-Name/the former nun, playing the whole thing in Theology Class) "Some Great Reward" ( Depeche Mode)? Fun comments and suggestions welcomed!

In case you missed the long email thread of Jesuit Class of 88 "update", here it is ( Send me your email if you'd like to be added to the quarterly email "newsletter")

Hey Guys, Class of 1988 Betty Bomar Fanclub Members, and Blue Blazer Wearers;

Quickly. the Class of 88 Jesuit FB Page ( hard to believe its 15 yrs old! Started it to keep up with deceased members of the Jesuit community.May retire it unless ya'll still enjoy it.

Secondly, a shout out and apology to " Dan the Parking Lot Man" ( security guard) Dang, we gave that guy s**t. Our bad "Dan" we were punks back the.
Just in the last few days, Marty Lehman, Eric Marye, and Bubba Maca have gotten a year older! Happy birthday guys, and my bad to the many others I missed on FB the last few months. ( Ozaeta brothers etc)

Things are gelling a bit with 88 offline, so I will probably switch to a "quarterly update" format. I'm working on it now ( just a pdf or something. In the interim, some "news" and tidbits.

Heard from some great guys. Jason Chester (indirectly) Dee Henderson, Hank Wendorf, Bill Lokey, Chuck Ganc, Mark Duvall,Zack Akins, Dan O'Brien, Mike Tullis (briefly)

Mat Bennet ( briefly) , Trey Morsbach, and maybe a few more I'm blanking on. All doing well.

We have so much diversity in what people are doing, cool stuff, travel etc. Great opportunities to help and work with each other.

Reach out to a random old friend if you can ( not preaching) It can be enjoyable and help a brother out.

- Pat Kutac and his wife are moving in a few days to France. Bon Voyage and good luck to both he and wife MK.

- Dee Henderson, near Savannah, is working for a Boating/Marine safety educating company, the SeaScouts and AI ventures.

https://www.nauticed.org AI guru doing neat things,

- Brent Becker just took a cool trip to Eurpe with his wife

- Mark Duvall, in addition to his managerial "day job", is CEO of the firefighter support organization https://www.box4.org/

Tremendous org, always looking for volunteers. They support Dallas firefighters during large/long fires, providing cooling stations,
water/gatorade, a clean bathroom, and other services. Check 'em out. DFD loves Box 4. Mark is our "Man for Others of the Quarter"

- Dan O'Brien runs a successful advertising business, www.creativeinferno.com out of Memphis. He is in Dallas fairly often. Reach out and say hello. Big fan of Norway in the WC as he lived there in high school.
-Zack Akins is in the AI biz. 39 patents in AI governance
Regulator AI Global www.regulator-ai.com

- Hank Wendorf, ocal legend in the ticket business ( sporting events, concerts etc) he's done for years, but also running a local company called Cloud Shift Networks. Interesting company, hosting IT environments. data security and for small businesses, law firms, medical offices and so forth https://cloudshiftnetworks.com/

-Bill Lokey, is expanding his Mayday Construction ( home rehabs, building) into the Restoration business ( home water, fire, smoke
rehab and reconstruction if you have an incident locally) https://maydaycs.com/ Mayday is already experienced with Home Restoration, just expanding.
- Rich Hull is doing all sorts of cool stuff in film, and with a company called MISO Robotics. Great guy and accessible
- Travis Ford, our hilarious money manager from Mizzou, ( andTV Weather guy. The Pete Delkus of Mizzou) may be moving elsewhere soon to just chill a bit and slow down. Maybe westward.

- Personally, I am dabbling in Oil and Gas mineral rights, the Forward Party of Texas ( political consulting crap) Salesforce and Cloud consulting, and Business Dev/Sales opportunities. Data center stuff, new businesses whatever. If you need some help or whatever, looking for more permanent employment. Call me anytime at 469-394-8890

Surely I am missing something, so my apologies in advance. Shoot me any news ( marriages, grandkids, moves)

In the news letter format, I'll post some names we haven't heard from it seems. ( No man left behind)

Robbie Anderson, Robert? Heinlein, Bryan Hambric are the names this time around. Bueller? Bueller?

One thing. I'm interested in making a short documentary ( 10-20minutes)about our Championship and dominant 88
soccer team. If skilled with video stuff, let me know. Just a random project idea. Team guys ( Wallace, Trevino, Tullis, Wendorf etc)
let us know if you have any thoughts/concerns/idea. If any of your adult kids would be interested, that would be cool too

Anyway, I'll shut up. Really just enjoy you guys, it's fun for me, not trying to win "Most Popular" here, just having fun with
some great men.( and my superpower is names and faces LOL) Let me or one of us know if you're down on your luck a bit, need some help, whatevs.

'88 will be there. I'm hoping and pretty confident about that. Lotta resources here https://helpfinder.auntbertha.com/ for you or other people in your communities and churches who could use some help.

Football is coming soon. Maybe a Happy Hour?

Have a great rest of your summer, and forever remain "Men For Others. We got this. ( reach out anytime with feedback, critiques, ideas etc)

Gents, missed some birthdays, will catch up on that ASAP...In the meantime, took these s**tty photos in the last month or so. Anybody remember their relation/connection to the Class of 1988?

Looking for "Man/Men for Others" candidates ( for the year, the week, the month, whatevs) S**t, I don't care, but trying to assist '88 towards being better than the rest of those classes around us. 88' is great ( if not "underrated") and has more talent and "Man For Otherness" than most JCP classes. Send me nominees if you have a minute!

Hey dudes. Later in the week I'm going to have some fun and announce a "Man for Others" of the month, but have something else real quick.

A fellow 88er classmate is having some difficulty. Relatively minor stuff, but has suffered a bout with cancer, is on Disability, and had a few setbacks recently. He could use a bit of temporary financial support ( Under $100) If you'd like to be a "Man For Others" quickly and easily, shoot me an email, phone call, or text, to [email protected] 469-394-8890 and I'd be glad to explain.

Cave' Discipulae, Blazer Boys of 88!
