Our PS2 Star of the Week, Max, had the coolest show and tell! He brought his Uncle Jack, Officer Wallace, to visit the class and teach the kids all about being a police officer. The kids loved learning about police work and were SO excited to get to see his cop car up close! Thank you, Officer Jackson, for taking the time to make the day so special for our friends. 🚔💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our wonderful moms! Our hearts were so full during our Muffins with Moms event this Friday. Thank you to every mom who came and spent the morning with us, and to all of our amazing teachers who helped make it so special.

Every gift and sweet little moment was made with so much love, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you. If you snapped any pictures during Muffins with Moms, please share them in the comments. We would love to see all the sweet memories!

As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to an end, we want to send one last heartfelt thank you to our amazing Preschool, PreK, and Afterschool teachers.

This group brings so much love, patience, laughter, and heart into our school each and every day. From helping little minds learn and grow, to comforting children through hard moments, celebrating milestones, and creating memories that will last a lifetime, they pour so much of themselves into their classrooms and students. The impact they make reaches far beyond the school day, and we are so incredibly thankful for each one of them. We truly could not do it without them.

We also want to give the biggest thank you to our wonderful Admin Team for making our teachers feel so loved, celebrated, and appreciated all week long. To our amazing parents, thank you for every thoughtful gesture, sweet surprise, kind word, and constant support this week. The love that fills our school is something truly special, and we are so grateful to be surrounded by such an incredible school family.

These classrooms are filled with so much love, learning, and laughter each day. From sweet little moments to exciting new milestones, Ms. Sara and Ms. Alyssa pour their hearts into helping their students grow and shine.

The patience, kindness, and care they show their classes never go unnoticed. We are so thankful for the safe, happy, and nurturing environments they create and for all the love they give their students each and every day.

If there is one thing we know, it is that these classrooms are never boring. There is always something going on, whether it is busy little hands exploring, tiny voices chatting, or lots of movement and laughter filling the room. They keep up with it all with so much patience, creativity, and love.

They somehow manage the fun, the chaos, and everything in between while making sure every child feels cared for and supported. We are so thankful for the energy they bring and all the love they pour into their classrooms each day.

Teacher Appreciation Week is off to a sweet start, and today we are sending some extra love to our Infant and PreTods Team.

This team pours so much love into our babies every single day. They show up with patience, kindness, and the biggest hearts, always going the extra mile to make sure each child feels safe, happy, and loved. Their smiles, positivity, and genuine care never go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for each and every one of them.

We appreciate them more than words can say and feel so lucky to have them loving on our little ones each day.

Field Day Friday was truly one for the books! Our hearts are so full after such a joyful, laughter-filled day. Between our three classes, we had over 40 kiddos join in on the fun, so we split it into two events, and it made the day even more special! Watching the kids run, play, and light up during all of our Disney-themed games was the sweetest thing. The smiles, the giggles, the excitement… it’s what makes days like this so magical.

And to celebrate our 28th Field Day during the same week as 28 beautiful years of Pride Academy & Preschool, it just feels so meaningful. What an incredible journey it has been, filled with love, growth, and so many unforgettable moments.

We also have to give the biggest shoutout to Ms. Julaina. She is truly one of a kind. Always right there in the middle of the fun, making memories with the kids, and yes… even letting them throw cheese balls at her during Field Day! That kind of love, joy, and dedication is what makes our school so special.

We are so grateful for every child, every family, and every memory made along the way. Here’s to many more Field Days, more laughter, and many more years together.

Our PS2 Star of the Week, Jolie, definitely stole the show this week with her favorite toy—a giant inflatable microphone as tall as she is!

Our hearts are just so full!

The sweetest surprise—this amazing mama saw these adorable Sesame Street tissue boxes at CVS and immediately thought of our classrooms. The fact that she went out of her way to pick these up and bring them to us “just because” truly means more than words can say.

It’s these thoughtful, from-the-heart gestures that remind us how blessed we are to have such incredible families. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, and it brings so much joy into our days and into the little moments with our kiddos.

We appreciate you more than you know—you are truly the sweetest.

A heartfelt thank you to Sara Bird for taking time out of her day yesterday to bring Ms. Julaina some warm soup after hearing she wasn’t feeling well. Your thoughtfulness truly reflects the heart of our Pride family.
