"Shrek" is coming to the stage this summer!
Putnam County Community Theatre announces audition dates for their summer musical "Shrek". Auditions are open to incoming 9th graders and up and will take place on Saturday, April 11 from 1-6pm at Putnam County High School, with possible callbacks on Saturday, April 18 at 1pm. Those interested in auditioning are asked to prepare a 60-90 second excerpt from a Broadway musical of their choice and will be asked to read lines from the show. Performances for Shrek will run Friday, July 10-Sunday, July 12 and Friday, July 17-Sunday, July 19 at Putnam County High School, 402 E Silverspoon Ave, Granville, IL. Calling all incoming 3rd-8th graders!
Join Putnam County Community Theatre this summer for a kids' theatre camp and production of Aladdin Jr.
Auditions for PCCT's Aladdin Jr. Summer Theatre Camp are open to incoming 3rd-8th grade students and will take place on Tuesday, April 14 from 6-8 pm and Saturday, April 18 from 9am-12pm at Putnam County High School. Students auditioning will be asked to sing an excerpt from the show and read a short monologue. Auditioners must reserve an audition slot through the link here: https://koalendar.com/e/aladdin-jr-auditions or by emailing [email protected]. Audition materials will be provided to participants upon reserving an audition time.
Aladdin Jr. Theatre Camp will run Monday, June 8-Friday, June 12 from 12:30pm-4:30pm at Putnam County High School. Aladdin Jr. performances will run Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13 at 7pm and Sunday, June 14 at 2pm at Putnam County High School, 402 E Silverspoon Ave, Granville, IL. Those two words don't seem like enough to express the gratitude that we have for all who made The School of Rock possible!

Thank you families, friends and community for joining us and supporting theatre!

Thank you to all of the parents for supporting and encouraging the performers. Thanks to the parents for helping build the set, sewing banners, feeding the group each night and making this show possible!

Lastly, thank you to the cast and crew! You are amazing! Seniors your leadership has been incredible, you will be missed! Looking forward to all the great things to come for PC theatre and sharing to the talents of these students!
