If your 5th- or 6th-grade student is interested in participating in the Future Warriors After-School Athletic Program, please complete the registration form to sign up.

The program schedule is as follows:
SESSION 1 – Baseball/Softball (GCHS Athletic Complex – 4-5pm)
Sept. 22 – Practice #1
Sept. 24 – Practice #2
Sept. 29 – Practice #3
Oct. 1 – Practice #4
SESSION 2 – Soccer (GCHS Athletic Complex – 4-5pm)
Oct. 6 – Practice #1
Oct. 8 – Practice #2
Oct. 13 – Practice #3
Oct. 15 – Practice #4
Please complete one form per student-athlete you wish to register.
