What health and mindset goals are you setting for 2025?

On Monday, I’m starting a 40-day challenge to focus on spending more time in His Word, drinking more water, fueling my body with protein, and staying consistent with movement. I want to be intentional in everything I do, making sure I pour into myself so I can stay grounded in His ways and not my own.

For me, staying connected to the Father is everything, and holding myself accountable is a big part of that.

A growth mindset, healthy habits, and time in His presence aren’t just goals—they’re the foundation for living a full and faithful life.
